basil and cashew pesto
Delicious plant-based pesto recipe made with basil and cashews.
Dairy-free, vegan and delicious for all.
1 large handful of cashews (60g)
1 large bunch of fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Fresh juice of half a lemon
1 garlic clove (optional)
Salt and pepper to season
Whizz together in a blender until smooth.
